Finding Our Office

Our office is located in Sheffield city centre, just a short walk from key transport links and local amenities.

  • From Sheffield Station: Exit onto Sheaf Street, head north towards the city centre. Continue onto High Street and turn left onto Charter Row. Our office is on the right, approximately 8 minutes on foot.
  • By Tram: Take the Blue or Yellow line to Cathedral stop. We're a 4-minute walk from there—head south down Church Street and turn right onto Charter Row.
  • By Car: The nearest parking is Q-Park Charles Street, approximately 3 minutes' walk. Street parking is limited in the immediate area but available on surrounding streets.
  • Cycling: Secure cycle parking is available at the Sheffield Cycle Hub on Arundel Gate, about 5 minutes from our office. We also have limited visitor bike storage at the building.

About Our Sheffield Office

We've been based in Sheffield city centre since our founding in 2014. Our Charter Row location was chosen specifically for its accessibility—close to public transport, with nearby parking, and within walking distance of the main shopping areas.

The office itself is a welcoming space designed to put clients at ease. We know that discussing financial matters can feel uncomfortable, so we've created an environment that feels more like a comfortable meeting room than a corporate office.

Meetings can be held in person at our office, or we're happy to arrange video calls for clients who prefer remote consultations. We also conduct home visits for clients with mobility challenges or those who prefer to meet in their own environment—please mention this when booking.

First-Time Enquiries

If you're getting in touch for the first time, it helps us to know a little about your situation. When emailing, please mention whether you're looking for personal financial guidance or business services, and give us a brief idea of your main financial goals or challenges. This allows us to connect you with the right advisor and prepare for our initial conversation.

Common Questions

Yes, we work by appointment to ensure we can give you proper attention without rushing. We generally have availability within a week or two, though busier periods around tax deadlines may require longer lead times. Email us with a few times that work for you and we'll arrange something.

For most services, we offer a free 30-minute initial consultation where we discuss your situation and explain how we might help. This is an opportunity for both of us to assess whether we're a good fit before committing to anything. More detailed assessments are charged at our standard hourly rate.

Absolutely. Many of our clients prefer video consultations, especially for ongoing support. We use secure video conferencing that works on any device. Document sharing is handled through encrypted channels. Remote clients receive exactly the same level of service as those who visit in person.

For an initial consultation, just come with your questions and a general idea of your financial goals. You don't need to prepare detailed documents—that comes later if we decide to work together. If you have specific documents you'd like us to review, bring them along, but it's not essential for a first meeting.

We take data protection seriously. All client information is stored on encrypted systems with strict access controls. We're registered with the ICO and fully compliant with GDPR. Financial documents are retained only as long as legally required and then securely destroyed. You can read our full privacy policy for details.

Life happens—we understand that. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment and we'll happily reschedule. For cancellations with less notice, we may need to charge a small fee to cover our preparation time, but we always try to be reasonable about genuine emergencies.
